John Rigby and Son of Dublin - a 10 bore needle-fire shot gun based on the Joseph Needham design. It has deep textured patterned barrels and large scroll engraving with an outstanding stock, cased with some accessories. Price - £9,250.-

a. W W Greener

A pair of best quality W W Greener grade G3, 12 bore shot ejector guns with 28 inch sleeved barrels, 2-1/2 inch chambers and recent nitro proof. Consecutively numbered 47725 and 47726 these shot guns were made in 1897 and recently restored by Carey's of Ledbury. Stock dimensions for both guns are 1-1/2" drop at comb, 2" drop at heel, length of pull - 15" heel, 15" mid point and 15-1/2" at toe, normal cast, straight hand. Barrel dimensions are: (47725) right bore size .722, left .723, wall thicknesses right in excess of 40 thou', left - same, chokes - right 1/4, left full, (47726) rigth bore size .721, left .721, wall thicknesses right in excess of 38 thou', left same, chokes - right 1/4, left 3/4. Actions - Anson & Deeley types, push rod fore ends. Well figured stocks with simulated horn heel plates. - PRICE £7,500.00
