W. W. GREENER

The first Saint George Unique Ejector Shotgun was made in 1907 and carved with scenes of St George and the Dragon by Harry Tomlinson. This 12 bore ejector shotgun made as a 'Show Gun' and later owned by Harry Greener had no checkering, no safety catch, a single trigger and Rational Stock. A second St George was made in 1909 for a Persian nobleman and this had fancy checkering, a side safety catch, double trigger and a straight hand stock, but this gun never reached its owner - the ship carrying it sank in the Mediterranean en route to its destination.

The third St George, a side-lock already described, was made for Graham Greener.

The gun shown below is the fourth St George, which was made to commemorate the first St George , was recently completed and shipped to an American client.
